Each catch is a record with its trip, fishing area, landing and freezing time, signed by the port officer and the boat's master.

  1. Land

    The boat lands at the fish port and the catch is weighed.

  2. Log

    The trip and fishing area are written.

  3. Freeze

    The catch is frozen and the interval is logged.

  4. Ship frozen

    The catch is exported with its record code.
